Do you want to improve your swing and drive further?

Using the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) methodology, joint mobility and stability are assesed using 11 movement screens. Weak and dysfunctional areas are identified and a program of corrective exercises is developed. As you progress, more advanced corrective exercises are taught to you so that these weak areas are fixed. This is in addition to the strength training you will be doing at our studio.
